Mac Pro Longwear Nourishing Waterproof Foundation Review
The new Mac Pro Longwear Nourishing Waterproof Foundation is love.
Anyway, this foundation comes packaged in a squeeze plastic tube with screws on the cap. Hygienic and travel friendly if the lid closes securely, and it is. I also like that there are no messy wands, droppers, and pumps to easily control the flow of product.
Turning to the recipe, it has an almost whipped smooth and creamy texture. As the name suggests, very smooth and nourishing. It feels very light on application, although you do find the foundation a little tacky and definitely need to be set with a powder.
My skin looks very even and the satin finish is lovely. Coverage ranges from moderate to complete, but depends on the method of application and the number of applications.
I’m really happy with only a thin layer, if not all, the redness on my face and my blemishes are covered.
I can say that I love the long-lastingness of this foundation, it really lives up to Longwear claims. I’ve been wearing makeup for 12 or 13 hours the last couple of days, only applying it once or twice and adding some powder, and it still looks good when I take it off.
This is my favorite foundation formula right now. It perfects the face and looks like I don’t have any foundation at all, that’s what I’ve been after!
